Ms. Philippines - A Legacy of Leadership, Grace & Community
Celebrating decades of Filipina leadership, grace, and community service in Portland.
For generations, the Ms. Philippines program has stood as one of FAAPVI's most cherished traditions: a spirited fundraising pageant where community support meets cultural celebration. At its heart, Ms. Philippines is a friendly competition where candidates rally their networks, sell tickets, and raise vital funds to sustain FAAPVI's mission and programs. The candidate who garners the most support earns the crown; making every ticket purchased, every raffle sold, and every sponsorship secured a direct investment in our community's future.
The Ms. Philippines titleholder serves as an official ambassador for FAAPVI and the greater Filipino-American community. Throughout her reign, she represents our organization at cultural events, outreach programs, and civic engagements across Portland and beyond, lending her voice to important causes and her presence to moments that strengthen our shared identity.
